Donna McCullough-Mitchell is owner and broker of East Tennessee Luxury Properties. She's been a realtor in Tennessee since 2003 and specializes in residential real estate, vacation and second homes. After living in San Diego for eleven years, Chris and his wife chose to relocate to East Tennessee.
We considered many cities in the Southeast and with its four distinct seasons, beautiful lakes, rivers, and mountains, we decided this area has tremendous opportunity for outdoor recreation. The area also offers good schools, quality health care, the University of Tennessee, and its warm, friendly people. The Knoxville area quickly presented itself as a terrific place to start and raise a family.
Chris has a background in education and has worked with students from kindergarten to college. In addition, his training and experience as a cabinet and furniture maker led to work remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Though he always had a love of homes and architecture, working on them gave him a greater appreciation of the details that can make a house a home, give it character, and make it unique.
These combined experiences have given Chris the ability to assess the individual needs and wants of his customers and an attentiveness to details that provide both buyers and sellers with the service they deserve. Chris is dedicated to making his customers' dreams into realities.
